What does it do?

Cosytoes® Softmat provides heating for soft floor finishes. You can now enjoy the beauty of a wooden or carpeted floor with the comfort of low temperature underfloor heating with a Cosytoes® Softmat underfloor heating system. Softmat is unique as it has very thin insulated heating cables in close proximity to each other that run at a very low temperature regulated by a floor thermostat.

Determine your requirements.
Softmat is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 sq/m sizes. Simply cut the aluminium heat exchanger with scissors between the heating wires to return the Softmat to cover the area.

Simple installation.
Cosytoes Softmat

Cosytoes Softmat is ideal for small or large laminate wood or carpeted areas, and with the benefit of pre-fixed cable spacing it’s not only simple to install but quick also. The slim-line system is simply laid out over a layer of insulation, meaning minimal work for maximum benefit. Installation is very easy and mess free as the mat (not the cables) can be cut and installed into difficult shaped areas and has an earthing means included. Therefore there is no need for an external earthing grid as with inferior products.

Total control.
Thermostatic control is the key to your comfort. Both our Timerstat and Thermostat control units include a floor probe for accurate regulation of floor temperature.
