Warranty
So confident in our products are we that all Cosytoes® under floor heating mats carry a lifetime guarantee against faults caused by manufacturing defects, provided that they have been installed in accordance with the installation instructions and with all necessary electrical regulations. The warranty covers the cost of replacement or repair of the heater, at the manufacturer’s discretion, and precludes any claim for consequential damages.
The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The product’s attached registration form must be completed and returned within 28 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase will be required in the event of a claim.
- The heater has been installed strictly in accordance with the installation instructions, is correctly earthed and protected by an RCD Residual Current Device.
- The heater has been installed in conjunction with a Cosytoes® timerstat control or equivalent control system.
- The warranty is void if the heater is damaged during installation or tiling. It is therefore essential to carry out the tests on the heating cable as detailed in the instructions periodically during the installation and tiling.
- The Guarantee is non-transferable.
Thermostats and Timerstats Warranty
Cosytoes® Thermostat and Timerstat controls These products are warranted against material defects and workmanship in normal use for 3 years from date of purchase - the guarantee is non-transferable. During this period, Cosytoes® will repair or replace the product with a new unit or alternative of equivalent quality and specification at Cosytoes® underfloor heatings discretion, without charge, any unit proven to be defective in normal use. The warranty does not cover replacement batteries or transportation costs nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal or installation. This warranty is given in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
Cosytoes® under floor heating systems carry a lifetime guarantee. Prior to completing this guarantee registration form it is recommended that the terms and conditions of the guarantee are read and understood.
